Effective Date: 1st October 2026
Welcome to WS Browser.
This WS Browser User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between WS BROWSER SDN. BHD. (“WS,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”) and the user who uses the WS Browser software and related services (“you” or “User”).
Before using WS Browser, please carefully read and fully understand all of the terms of this Agreement, in particular the provisions concerning disclaimers and limitations of liability, privacy protection, data collection, use by minors, and dispute resolution.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WS Browser, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please do not download, install, access, or use WS Browser.
If you are under 18 years of age, or have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please read this Agreement and decide whether to use WS Browser with the consent and guidance of your parent or legal guardian.
1. Scope of Application
1.1 This Agreement applies to your access to and use of the WS Browser software, website, related functions, technical services, and other related services provided from time to time.

4. User Conduct
4.1 When using WS Browser or accessing Internet information through WS Browser, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, public order and morality, and the rules of third-party websites. You must not use WS Browser to:
-
create, copy, publish, disseminate, or access information prohibited by applicable laws or regulations;
-
endanger national security, cybersecurity, data security, or the public interest;
-
engage in fraud, gambling, dissemination of malware, cyberattacks, phishing, traffic manipulation, cheating, unauthorized intrusion into another person’s network or system, or similar activities;
-
infringe on another person’s intellectual-property rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, personal-information rights, or other lawful rights or interests;

4.2 If you discover unlawful or non-compliant information, websites, links, or abnormal use, you may report the matter to us using the contact details set out in this Agreement.
5. Data Collection and Privacy Protection
5.1 In order to provide, maintain, protect, optimize, and improve WS Browser and its related services, we may, based on the actual requirements of specific functions, process technical data and usage data relating to product operation in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, transparency, and data minimization.
The specific categories of data, processing purposes, processing methods, retention periods, recipients, cross-border transfers, user rights, and authorization-management methods shall be governed by the WS Browser Privacy Policy, the notices displayed on the relevant function pages, and applicable laws.
5.2 Without expanding the scope of collection, WS Browser may collect the following types of technical and anonymized behavioral data:
-
Resource and interface performance data: resource type, Host, loading stage, request duration, DNS duration, TCP duration, TLS duration, TTFB, download duration, interface type, protocol, status code, number of redirects, cache-hit status, and reviewed technical response fields;
-
Page navigation and timing data: DNS, TCP, TLS, TTFB, DCL, Load, number of redirects, and related durations;
-
Page performance and user-experience data: FCP, LCP, CLS, INP, TTFB, long tasks, TBT, dropped frames, frame rate, jank, page visibility, blank-screen assessment results, blank-area ratio, DOM count, and other aggregated performance indicators;
-
Device and network-environment data: network type, effectiveType, RTT, downlink, saveData, viewport dimensions, DPR, screen resolution, device brand and model, operating-system version, ROM/UI version, CPU/GPU performance tier, memory, storage capacity, CPU load, and thermal-throttling status;
-
Stability and error data: JavaScript runtime errors, unhandled rejections, page crashes, ANR events, unresponsiveness, error categories, time of occurrence, duration, inferred causes of blank screens, and other necessary stability indicators;
-
Cache and browser-operating-status data: Service Worker status, the source of disk-cache or network loading, BFCache-hit status, aggregated JavaScript heap-memory indicators, and similar information; and
-
Anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated usage data: statistics concerning page dwell time during a single session, whether scrolling or clicking occurred, page foreground or background status, and whether the visit was a first visit or a return visit.
5.3 As a general principle, performance and stability data will primarily consist of Host information, resource type, duration, status code, and other necessary aggregated indicators. For network type, device parameters, storage capacity, CPU/GPU information, and similar data, we may use categorization, ranges, or aggregation to reduce the impact on users and the risk of identification.
5.4 If a relevant function involves online-behavior analysis, advertising attribution, cross-site identification, return-visit determination, or any other processing activity for which user consent is required by law, we will provide notice and obtain the necessary authorization or consent through the Privacy Policy, pop-up notices, settings pages, or other appropriate means, to the extent required by applicable law.
5.5 This Section does not constitute a commitment that any particular data will necessarily be collected. The actual scope of collection shall be determined by the functions enabled in WS Browser, the notices displayed on relevant pages, the Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
6. Restrictions on Data Collection
6.1 Unless permitted by applicable law, actively submitted by you, strictly necessary for a relevant function, and subject to the legally required authorization or consent, we will not automatically collect or upload the following through WS Browser:
-
webpage body content, article text, DOM text, complete page content, complete outerHTML, or content viewed by the user;
-
form content, search-box content, address-bar input, passwords, user input, clipboard content, or other information actively entered by the user;
-
Request Body, Response Body, complete interface-response content, heap snapshots, object content, page screenshots, Base64 images, video frames, last_frame, anr_frame, or blank_frame;
-
Cookies, Set-Cookie headers, Authorization information, Tokens, Session IDs, User IDs, advertising identifiers, or other authentication, session, or persistent-identification information;
-
email addresses, mobile telephone numbers, names, identification-document information, payment information, order numbers, account information, or other information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual;
-
precise location, precise latitude and longitude, original IP addresses, or other high-risk location data that has not undergone necessary processing; or
-
information relating to other applications, other users, systems, or devices that is unrelated to the functions provided by WS Browser.
6.2 The following rules apply to the processing of URLs and related identifiers:
-
As a general principle, we will prioritize the collection of domain names, Host information, first-level paths, resource types, or aggregated path information;
-
complete URLs will be collected only where genuinely necessary, following allowlist review and parameter filtering and in accordance with the principle of data minimization;
-
the Fragment in a URL, meaning the “#” symbol and all content following it, must be deleted;
-
query parameters will generally not be collected. Where it is genuinely necessary to retain any query parameters, they must be allowlisted, filtered, truncated, hashed, or otherwise de-identified;
-
paths and parameters that may contain email addresses, mobile telephone numbers, Tokens, order numbers, User IDs, Session IDs, trade secrets, or other personal information must be deleted, truncated, hashed, or otherwise de-identified; and
-
complete URLs visited by users must not be retained by default, and URLs must not be used to establish an unauthorized browsing history or cross-site profile of a user.
6.3 Errors, call stacks, and Profile data must be handled in accordance with the following rules:
-
only necessary error types, error categories, error times, error codes, and aggregated performance indicators may be collected;
-
error Messages, Stacks, Source URLs, script URLs, call stacks, and internal paths must be filtered, truncated, de-identified, or normalized;
-
complete error objects, complete CPU or Profile data, heap snapshots, DOM content, page text, or memory-state data must not be uploaded directly; and
-
error-monitoring, blank-screen-detection, or performance-analysis functions must not be used to incidentally collect user input, account information, or page content.
7. Restrictions on Device Identifiers and Fingerprinting
7.1 Persistent device identifiers used to identify users across websites, pages, applications, or extended periods present significant privacy risks. As a general principle, WS does not collect or use such device identifiers by default.
7.2 WS must not use device fingerprinting, combinations of hardware characteristics, font characteristics, screen characteristics, software characteristics, or other technical means as a substitute for obtaining user authorization to establish a user identifier capable of persistent identification.
7.3 If a specific function genuinely requires the use of a pseudonymized device identifier, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
-
there is a clear, specific, and necessary business purpose;
-
the identifier is subject to minimization and irreversible or difficult-to-reverse pseudonymization;
-
its scope of use, retention period, and access permissions are limited;
-
it must not be used for unauthorized advertising tracking, cross-site profiling, or matching with advertising platforms, data brokers, or other third parties;
-
user consent must be obtained, or another lawful basis for processing must apply, to the extent required by applicable law; and
-
users must be provided with mechanisms for withdrawal, deletion, or management as required by applicable law.
7.4 WS must not use permanent device identifiers for cross-application or cross-website tracking. The design of relevant functions and the processing of related data shall comply with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Apple Privacy Manifest, Google Play User Data Policy, Android Identifier Policy, and other applicable platform rules.
8. Location and Network-Environment Data
8.1 To the extent necessary to provide network optimization, regionalized services, or statistical-analysis functions, WS may use approximate regional information derived from an IP address, such as country-, state/province-, or city-level information.
8.2 Unless express authorization has been obtained and there is a necessary and specific business purpose, WS will not collect precise latitude and longitude or other precise location data.
8.3 For original network identifiers such as IP addresses, we will, based on actual business requirements, promptly delete, truncate, hash, aggregate, or otherwise process such information to reduce the risk of identification.
8.4 WS may collect network-environment indicators such as network type, RTT, downlink, effectiveType, and saveData. To the extent network characteristics are excessively granular, we will, where practicable, use categorization or ranges.
9. Third-Party Websites, Competitor Websites, and Browser Security Mechanisms
9.1 Third-party websites, webpages, applications, advertisements, plug-ins, redirect links, and their content are independently provided and operated by the relevant third parties. WS does not represent any third-party website and is not responsible for its content, data, services, rules, or security.
9.2 With respect to third-party websites and competitor websites, WS may process only the necessary browser-performance metadata and only within the scope permitted by applicable laws, the terms and access rules of the relevant websites, and applicable authorizations.
9.3 Without authorization from the relevant website or rights holder, WS must not:
-
systematically copy or upload a competitor website’s original Console logs, interface data, business-return content, or internal business information;
-
actively read user accounts, orders, payment information, business-return codes, forms, interface-response bodies, or other business data of a third-party website;
-
inject scripts into, modify, add tracking mechanisms to, or alter the business logic of a third-party page without authorization;
-
collect screenshots, video frames, complete DOM content, page text, product information, or trade secrets from a competitor website; or
-
bypass the anti-crawling, anti-automation, access-control, authentication, or other technical restrictions of a website.
9.4 WS shall not bypass or circumvent any security mechanisms implemented by browsers, operating systems, third-party websites, or network services, including but not limited to:
-
the Same-Origin Policy;
-
Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS);
-
Content Security Policy (CSP);
-
sandboxing, permission controls, access-token verification, authentication, and authorization mechanisms; and
-
anti-scraping, anti-automation, rate-limiting, bot-detection, and other access-control measures.
WS shall not, without authorization, obtain, modify, transmit, or disclose protected data of third-party websites through proxy forwarding, script injection, browser extensions, debugging interfaces, network rewriting, virtualized environments, or any other technical means.
9.5 Unless it has obtained the express authorization of the relevant website or rights holder, WS shall not use business data, user data, page content, or other protected information of third-party websites for model training, database creation, commercial analysis, competitive intelligence, targeted advertising, or any other purpose unrelated to the basic functions of the browser.
10. User Content and Third-Party Content
10.1 When using WS Browser, you may access, upload, download, publish, or otherwise process text, images, audio and video, links, files, comments, software, product information, and other content provided by you or third parties (collectively, “Content”).
10.2 You are responsible for the Content that you submit, publish, upload, download, store, share, or disseminate through WS Browser, and shall ensure that you own the relevant rights or have obtained all necessary authorizations.
10.3 You must not use WS Browser to store, disseminate, or process Content that is unlawful, non-compliant, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, obscene, violent, harassing, defamatory, hateful, false, or otherwise contrary to applicable laws or public order and morality.
10.4 WS does not conduct comprehensive, continuous, or prior review of Content provided by third parties, and does not warrant that any third-party Content is truthful, accurate, complete, lawful, secure, suitable, or free of malicious programs. You shall independently assess and bear the risks associated with accessing or using such Content.
10.5 If you believe that Content accessed through WS Browser infringes your lawful rights or interests, or involves any unlawful or non-compliant conduct, you may report the matter to the relevant Content provider, website operator, or us. We will take necessary measures based on applicable laws, platform rules, and the circumstances of the matter.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 The intellectual-property rights in WS Browser and its related software, interfaces, icons, text, images, audio and video, programs, code, databases, technical documentation, trademarks, service marks, and other Content are owned by WS or the relevant rights holders, except for rights belonging to third parties.
11.2 Without the prior written permission of WS or the relevant rights holder, you must not use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, disseminate, display, mirror, rent, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any of the foregoing in any form.
11.3 Your provision of feedback, suggestions, comments, or improvement proposals to WS does not affect any rights that you lawfully hold in them. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that WS may use such feedback to improve its products and services without paying you any additional fees.
11.4 If you believe that any Content in WS Browser infringes your intellectual-property rights, please provide proof of your rights, the location of the allegedly infringing Content, a specific description of the alleged infringement, and your contact details. We will handle the matter within the prescribed scope by applicable laws.
12. Software Updates
12.1 To fix vulnerabilities, enhance security, improve performance, adapt to operating-system requirements, satisfy compliance requirements, or add functions, WS may push software updates to you or require you to install such updates.
12.2 Certain updates may be necessary updates. If you refuse to install a necessary update, some functions may be restricted or become unavailable, or security risks may arise.
12.3 You shall download, install, and update WS Browser through official channels. WS shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from software, installation packages, modified versions, or third-party plug-ins obtained from unauthorized sources.
13. Suspension and Termination of Services; Account or Device Restrictions
13.1 If any of the following circumstances occurs, WS shall have the right, based on the actual circumstances, to issue warnings, restrict functions, suspend services, terminate services, delete relevant data, restrict access, or take other reasonable measures:
-
you breach this Agreement or any related rules;
-
your conduct may endanger WS, other users, third-party websites, or network security;
-
your conduct may infringe the lawful rights or interests of others;
-
you use WS to engage in unlawful or non-compliant activities, fraud, abuse, attacks, bulk scraping, or automated abuse;
-
the relevant services must be suspended or terminated due to applicable laws or regulations, regulatory requirements, or the requirements of judicial or administrative authorities; or
-
it is necessary to suspend or terminate the services due to business adjustments, technical reasons, security incidents, or force majeure.
13.2 Upon termination of the services, your licence to use WS Browser shall terminate simultaneously. You shall cease using and delete the relevant software and copies thereof, except as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or where the nature of the relevant provisions requires them to remain effective.
13.3 Unless otherwise required by applicable law, WS shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from the suspension, adjustment, or termination of services, failed updates, system maintenance, or interruption of third-party services.
14. Disclaimers
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WS Browser and its related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WS does not warrant that:

15.3 The foregoing limitations of liability shall not apply to liabilities that may not be limited or excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification

This Section shall not apply if applicable law prohibits you from assuming the foregoing liability or if the relevant loss was not caused by your fault.
17. Protection of Minors
17.1 Minors shall use WS Browser with the consent, guidance, and supervision of their parents or other legal guardians.
17.2 Guardians shall assist minors in properly understanding this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and cybersecurity risks, and shall manage their online activities in accordance with applicable law.
17.3 If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that the relevant services are being used to collect information that a minor should not provide, or that a minor is using a function requiring a guardian’s authorization without obtaining the necessary consent, we may take measures such as restricting the relevant function, deleting the relevant information, or ceasing to process such information.
